The initial phone or email consultation is FREE. Sessions are £80 and will usually last 1 hour. However this can vary depending on the individual, and can be anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours.

Hypnotherapy has a vast research base and hypnotic techniques themselves have been explored for millennia. However, is often still misunderstood by the public.

Hypnosis is not the same as natural sleep, despite the word being derived from “Hypnos” – the Greek god of sleep. Hypnosis is simply a deeply relaxed state, a natural state we all experience several times a day, when falling asleep, watching TV, day dreaming. You are awake and aware of everything that is going on, you are simply deeply relaxed.

The reason why Hypnotherapy is an effective treatment is because when we are relaxed our conscious mind is relaxed, offering much greater access to the subconscious mind; the driving force of our behaviours, emotions and where all our memories are stored.
